Your tasks:

• managing of the development team
• planning sprints and organizing work in a team
• reporting and active participation in retrospectives
• motivating, supporting and caring for the development of team members
• implementation and promotion of changes initiated by the company
• proactive support in building work standards in the company
• cooperation and information exchange between teams
• close cooperation with the company's management

Our expectations:

• minimum one year of experience in managing an IT team
• the ability to plan work and create schedules
• high communication and interpersonal skills
• basic knowledge of the IT industry and terminology related to software development
• basic knowledge of project management methodologies
• proactivity and the ability to provide constructive feedback
• very good knowledge of the Polish language
• knowledge of English at the B2 level at least 
• readiness to work in a remote and stationary system
• experience in running projects based on agile methodologies
• ability to use the Jira and Confluence systems

Additionally appreciated:

• ability to work in multitasking environment
• experience in managing a dispersed team
• ability to organize and conduct meetings
